[Wrestling] NAIA National Wrestling Official Brackets Released

TOPEKA, Kan. – (Brackets – PDF) The 2015 NAIA Wrestling National Championships official brackets have been released, the national office released Thursday. Session one action inside the Kansas Expocentre is scheduled to start Friday at 10 a.m. CST. The 58th annual event will consist of four sessions, concluding Saturday with the championship finals starting at 7 p.m.



[Women's Basketball] NAIA Division II Women's National Basketball Championship Bracket Announced

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (Bracket) (Selection ShowThe National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced the bracket for the 24th annual NAIA Division II Women's Basketball National Championship, presented by State Farm. The 32-team, single elimination format will take place from March 11 – 17 at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa, for the 18th-consecutive year.



[Men's Basketball] NAIA Division II Men's National Basketball Championship Bracket Announced

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (Bracket) (Bracket Show) The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially released the bracket for the 24th annual NAIA Division II Men's Basketball National Championship. The 32-team, single elimination format will take place from March 11 – 17 at Keeter Gymnasium in Point Lookout, Mo., on the campus of College of the Ozarks. This venue serves as the host for the 16th-straight season.



[Men's Basketball] 2014-15 GPAC Men's Basketball All-Conference Announced

 (Sioux City, Iowa) – Jalen Voss of Dakota Wesleyan has been selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Basketball Player-of-the-Year and headlines the GPAC Basketball All-Conference Teams for 2014-15. Voss, a senior, averaged 20.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game for the Tigers who were GPAC regular season co-champs, going 17-3 in league play.



[Women's Basketball] 2014-15 GPAC Women's Basketball All-Conference Announced

(Sioux City, Iowa) – For the second consecutive year Bailey Morris of Concordia has been selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Basketball Player-of-the-Year and headlines the GPAC Basketball All-Conference Teams for 2014-15. Morris, a senior, averaged 18.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.3 steals and 5.1 assists per game for the Bulldogs who were runner-up for the GPAC regular season title, going 18-2 in league play.

  


[Men's Basketball] Midland Takes GPAC MBB Tournament Title

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Third-seeded Midland continued to play the role of spoiler, as they upset top-seed Morningside, 89-67, in the title game of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Basketball Tournament.



[Women's Basketball] Concordia Claims WBB Tournament Title

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Concordia snapped Morningside's 39-game home winning streak with an 80-72 win in the title game of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Postseason Basketball Tournament.



[Men's Basketball] GPAC Men's Basketball Championship Tuesday Set

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Third-seeded Midland pulled the lone upset of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Basketball Tournament defeating Dakota Wesleyan 81-74 on Saturday in Mitchell, South Dakota. On the other side of the bracket top-seed Morningside picked up an 89-77 win over fourth-seed Briar Cliff.



[Women's Basketball] GPAC Women's Basketball Championship Tuesday Set

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The top two seeds, Morningside and Concordia each punched their ticket to the championship game of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Postseason Basketball Tournament.  The top-seeded Mustangs defeated fourth-seed Briar Cliff 77-62 at home, while second-seed Concordia also won at home over third-seed Hastings, 67-60. 



[Indoor Track Combined] GPAC Indoor Track and Field Honors Released for 2015

(Sioux City, Iowa) – Honors for the 2015 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Indoor Track and Field Season have been announced.  The top Performances-of-the-Meet and the Coach-of-the-Year honors were voted on by the league coaches.  GPAC Athlete-of-the-Year honors went to the highest individual point scorers in the meet.  Also, the top eight individuals in each event are considered GPAC All-Conference performers.
